YEAH, WE’VE HAD QUITE A FEW TORNADOES FROM NOT ONLY JUST SATURDAY, BUT ALSO ON FRIDAY. SO 22 TORNADOES ON SATURDAY. AND THEN THE STATE HAD FOUR OF THEM ON FRIDAY. SO WHEN YOU LOOK AT FRIDAY AND SATURDAY, WE HAD 26. BUT WE’RE HERE IN SULFUR AND WALTER, OUR PHOTOG HERE, I WANT TO SHOW YOU JUST REALLY WHAT THE SCENE LOOKS LIKE DOWN IN DOWNTOWN SULFUR. AND YOU SEE BUILDINGS LIKE THESE AND YOU THINK, OKAY, BUILDING JUST FELL DOWN. HORRIBLE. THIS IS EF3 DAMAGE. BUT THEN LOOK WHAT IS UNDERNEATH OF THIS BUILDING. THAT IS A CAR THAT IS FLIPPED UPSIDE DOWN. THAT RIGHT THERE GOES TO SHOW YOU THE THE FIERCENESS OF THIS TORNADO AS IT CAME RIGHT THROUGH SULFUR. THIS WAS ONE AGAIN OF 22 TORNADOES THAT OCCURRED AND EF3 DAMAGE. THAT IS A SIGNIFICANT TORNADO. ABSOLUTELY. IT’S BEEN A BAD IT WAS A BAD SATURDAY, BUT THE CLEANUP HAS STARTED. IT STARTED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE STORM WENT THROUGH. WE’VE BEEN TALKING TO A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT SAID IT SOUNDED LIKE A FREIGHT TRAIN. THEY CAME THROUGH HERE SATURDAY AFTERNOON. IT HIT REALLY, REALLY FAST. THESE TORNADOES WERE MOVING REALLY, REALLY QUICKLY AND THEN THEY IMMEDIATELY WENT INTO CLEAN UP MODE. AND SO NOW WHAT WE’RE HEARING, WE’RE HEARING THE SOUNDS OF CONSTRUCTION GOING ON HERE. YOU’RE HEARING THE SOUNDS OF CLEANUP. YOU HEAR GLASS THAT IS BREAKING. IT IS BEING SWEPT INTO. AND SO THAT RIGHT THERE JUST GOES TO SHOW YOU JUST THE CLEANUP THAT WE’VE BEEN DEALING WITH HERE. The National Weather Service on Monday confirmed that at least 22 tornadoes touched down in Oklahoma during this weekend's outbreak.Below is a look at the map of where tornadoes as well as flash flood and thunderstorm wind damage were reported in Oklahoma when storms moved through the state on Saturday. Only some of the tornadoes have been confirmed as of Monday afternoon.Preliminary reports show that an EF-4 tornado hit Marietta and an EF-3 tornado hit Sulphur, with each storm killing one person. The National Weather Service also confirmed EF-0 tornadoes on the northwest side of Stillwater and near Newkirk.The tornado outbreak killed four people – two in Holdenville, one in Sulphur and one in Marietta.
